If we can't accept your insurance:

Payment Methods
Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment is expected prior to the beginning of your visit.
Video Conference
Zoom by default; Doxy as a back up option. You will receive the link through text prior to your appointment.
Refill Policy
It can take 5 days to process your refill request. You need to plan accordingly. If you need a refill outside of business hours or over the weekend, there will be a $25 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment changes or cancellations occurring within 24hrs of your scheduled time will incur a $75 fee that will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
